Due to COVID-19, the importance of learning online has continuously increased. This has led to the need for online learning tools to support efficient online learning. The Information and Communications Office of Hanyang University (HYU) detailed the launch of a partnership with Aurum Planet, in making their Web Highlighter Tool, “Liner” available to all HYU students for free. The HYU Information and Communications Office remarks that the partnership was made to expand virtual learning tools for students who spend extended amounts of time online for studying and research. All members of HYU can use the premium service of “Liner” for three years (a total worth of $290) without making any payments. Features of the tool include making recommendations of information through personalized information collection. This information is collected through user activities, highlights on any PDFs, web pages, journals, articles, and thesis papers at any given moment. Users can also review the information they have collected on the digital review notes that can be synced through all electronic devices. This cross-platform personality of the service guarantees efficient online learning and is particularly useful to those who prefer to do paperwork digitally. Detailed information on installing and using the various features of Liner is available at http://dynamic-link.getliner. com/userguide-hanyang.
