Dong-aries on the Seoul and Ansan Campuses have recruited freshmen through the opening selection.

In the case of Seoul Campus, many of dong-aries received applications for admission from March 19 to 21 at Hanmandang(the center square on the Seoul Campus). Each dong-ari distributed introduction papers to freshmen and introduced dong-aries at Hanmadang.

In the Case of the Ansan Campus, dong-aries made an invitation to student from March 17 to 21 at Democracy Square. Each dong-ari introduced itself. Each donga-ari secured members numbering from 30 to 200 during this event.
