Hanyang University  in Ansan gathered an interpreting group for it to be well introduced to foreign visitors.

  Hanyang University's global plans for a global top class university are undergoing many changes. In Ansan campus, there is ERICA (Education Research Industry Cluster). The university started its own characteristic business in Ansan campus, since 1997, to make it the best specialized Research and Industry involving education among the Korean universities. These days, many students in campus see more foreign students and more oversees guests invited by the Hanyang ERICA.

  To make these kind of demands to communicate well with our foreign guests in school, the Department of English and Culture made the students to form a group of interpreters on April 28, who will be in charge of interpreting and introducing important guests from other countries. Professor Lee Tae-hyung , in English and Culture, said "Six student, who selected as a member of interpreting group, will be trained through a several conferences and demonstrations. They will also participate as a volunteer in international festival in the local area."
