The Division of International Cooperation (DIC) is looking for students or faculty members of Hanyang University who are able to live actively and interact with Japanese students. Applicants must live with their family members.
In 2007, homestay members of this program were made up of 60 students from seven Universities; Waseda University, Dokai University, Kokushikan University etc.

  The application form is on DIC Website; http://www.dic.hanyang.ac.kr. Applicants can submit their applications via E-mail or visiting DIC; Graduate School building 5F on Seoul campus, Office of Academic Affairs on Ansan campus.

  The homestay period is from August 8 to August 10. A small compensation will be granted and participating students will be allowed priority points for later DIC events.

  DIC coordinator Lee Hui-yeon said, "This kind of program is for students to know how to communicate with foreign students. If students apply for this program and they are chosen, they would get the ability to communicate with Japanese students and the experience another culture."
