On May 8, 2008, Hanyang University (HYU)? soccer team had its second game of U-Soccer League in its home ground facing Yonsei University (YSU). In 2008 U league, 10 different University soccer teams from Seoul and Gyeonggi-do are scheduled to compete. Each team plays 18 games total, which consist of nine home games and nine away games.

  Before the game began, the president of HYU, Kim Chong-yang, and the president of KFA (Korea Football Association) Chung Mong-joon came to encourage the players of each team and drew public attention.

  YSU was in control of the ball most of the game with steady passing in the midfield and scored the first goal. HYU chose a counter-attack strategy and scored two goals straight afterwards.

  In the second half, HYU's play was often interrupted by the referee? whistle, even with a simple bump by the YSU. In the second half, players of HYU seemed fatigued, and YSU started dominating the field, again. The game ended with a score of 4 - 3 for YSU.
