The 1,652 square meters building, originally an auto repair shop, has been transformed into a new space where cafés, select shops, and brand exhibition halls take place. The name of LCDC is short for Le Conte Des Contes, a French expression for a story in the story. As the name implies, there is a story for each floor. On the first floor, the popular café, Ephemera, is located. As ephemera means something transitory, a collection of ephemera in café, such as a collection of postcards, tickets stand out. If you go up to the second and third floors, you will find some lifestyle fashion brands and various select shops that suit your taste. Along with the fashion brand shop, Le Conte Des Contes, shops such as OIMU, Geulwol, Hanahzo, Select Mauer, and Yiyeha are also well known. Additionally, Postscript, a wine bar, is located on the top floor, so you can fully enjoy your day in this place!     

DAILY TEUM

Take a moment to come here in the midst of your busy life! Daily Teum is a multiplex cultural space located on the crowded Gangnam Boulevard. The space was made by LG Uplus Corp. as the company came up with five key ideas that fit the tendencies of the Generation MZ: exhibitions, cafés, independent bookstores, photography spots, and community areas. Each floor from the first basement floor to the seventh floor above ground presents a unique concept. Teum for cultural life includes the ground floor and the first basement floor where exhibitions are held, and the third floor has an independent bookstore. Teum for playing includes a photo studio on the fourth floor and LG U+ 5G service experience zones on the fifth floor. FilmLog and Disney Plus are now available on the fourth and fifth floor, respectively. Lastly, you can purchase Disney merchandises on the second floor, while taking a photo with lovely Disney characters. You can also enjoy camping on the top floor’s rooftop. GONGGAN WADIZ

Some dream of a challenge and others support it to make dream come true. When they work together, products not once seen in the world are created. This is why the funding exists along with Gonggan Wadiz. Gonggan Wadiz is a multiplex cultural space made by crowdfunding platform Wadiz. In this hot spot between Seongsu Station and Ttukseom Station, you can directly experience the products being funded.
