FM4U Summer Music Festival Held at Hanyang University

  MBC Radio FM4U organized ?008 Summer Music Festival' at Hanyang University (HYU) the Seoul campus amphitheater. The festival was held for three days from July 31 to August 2. The festival received good response, with 23 popular artists and music bands invited and the audience filling the amphitheater in and out.

  The festival is held for free and is organized annually by MBC Radio. It has been held at HYU for three consecutive years since 2006. The theme varied each day of the festival. The first day was named 'Romantic Day' with ballad songs staged by singers Lee Seung-hwan, Hui-sung, Alex, Sweet Sorrow, Wonder girls, Lee So-ra and Ha-rim. Phrases like "Let's think what love is." and "Love is trust." flashed on the stage screen, announcing the start of the 'Romantic Day'. The second day was 'Dynamic Day', focused on Dance and Hip-hop, and in line to the day's theme, artists encouraged the audience to dance and shout. Epik High, Park Myung-soo, DJ DOC, Dynamic Duo, Jewelry, 45rpm, Brown Eyed Girls and CROWN J performed on this day. The third day was themed 'Fantastic Day' with lively band music by Sanwoolim, Kim Jang-hoon, Yoon Do-hyun Band, Jaurim, Nobrain, Serengeti and Bae Chul-soo. Despite the rain on the third day, audience stayed in place and cheered loudly on, which the artists thanked and complimented the audience for.
