If I became a freshman again, I think I would party harder. I was a little obsessed with my studies at that time, but when I look back, it would have been more memorable if I tried other things rather than simply focusing on my studies. I think its a privilege given only to freshmen students, being allowed to put other things before studying. Especially after COVID-19, I didnt have many chances to hang out outside so I would try my best to enjoy my life as much as I can. However, one thing I would not do if I went back to those days is drink too much; I could have done things worthier, like exercising or finding my hobby

The most important change I would make is that I wouldnt take a full 20 credit semester. I actually spent most of my time at home due to online classes and when I look back, I feel I studied too much. I started joining school clubs last semester, and I think it would have been better if I had met my colleagues earlier, like at the start of the first year since it was really fun hanging out with them. So, I would start participating in extracurricular activities from my first semester, trying out various things other than just focusing on my major studies. I would also want to become a member of the student council to enjoy a more active freshman year.

I think I would start preparing for my future career a little earlier. Since my goal is to go to graduate school, I would try contacting my professors and search for my future path as a freshman. Other than that, I would mostly spend my time similarly to my past. I was just like the majority of freshmen students, hanging out with my friends, participating in membership training camps, enjoying school clubs, and so on. I was also one of the executives of my club, and because it was a pretty good experience for me, I think I would do it again. I would like to advise freshmen students that it is a good idea to play a lot, but just not too much try not to do things that you cannot come back from.

It is kind of a vague thought, but I think I would enlist in the military earlier. I do not have many regrets, and I feel that a lot of the things I did were valuable experiences. I had a pretty busy life, participating in the student council and working as the student representative of my department and college. It was a lot, but I would choose to do everything again if I went back in time since everything was quite fun and meaningful. For the current freshmen students on campus this year, I want to advise them to enjoy their school life as much as they can and try everything they want to without being afraid of failure. Rather than focusing on whether you succeed or not, just give it a try!
