Do not expect to get the same boring educational program under Hanyang University (HYU)’s Education Innovation team. On July 27, HYU signed a business agreement with Incheon Jaeneung University and Korea Tourism University involving cooperation and collaboration for a coding practice education.

Students of Incheon Jaeneung University and Korea Tourism University will be provided with high-end quality education classes from HYU by using the HY-LIVE platform developed by HYU’s Education Innovation team. HYLIVE platform is a program that is not only patented but also exists exclusively in the world.

What is unique about this educational program is that students from other universities get the special opportunity to take classes from HYU even though they are not HYU students. More than 19 universities will be taught by the HYU faculties through this program.

Yang Ju-sung, a team leader of the Education Innovation team as well as the mastermind behind this special educational program, says that this kind of program is very precious as many students can be provided with a better and improved education at all times.

“It is like a noblesse obliges,” says Yang, adding, “We make a better world with young people who have had a variety of educational opportunities from all over the world.” In the near future, the HYU Education Innovation team hopes to collaborate with foreign universities as well so that students in South Korea can gain an expanded world view.
